Description: (click here for general notes about my descriptions)
The Río Tonjagua is a very pretty little creek near San Esteban with colorful rocks and good animal life. It always has some water but rarely enough for decent kayaking. Its biggest problem, however, is the number of talanqueras, which are more than a little annoying. The private accesses can also be tricky. Contact me directly for more information.
