Description: (click here for general notes about my descriptions)
The Texiguat is the Río Choluteca's largest tributary and covers a lot of ground through a remote valley. The Lower section is southern Honduras' premiere big-water and rafting run. The big action is concentrated in the middle of run, allowing a good warm-up and cool- down. The run can be extended on the Lower Choluteca for those so inclined.

Descent History: My only descent was in June 2017.
