Description: (click here for general notes about my descriptions)
The Río Reitoca is a very pretty creek with more than the usual share of challenges. The bedrock gorges are impressive and formidable, but manageable in a day trip if you get an early start. The first 8 km (~1.5 hours) is relatively easy III/IV, then you encounter the first gorge, about 1 km long, with one IV+ and two V's interspersed within.

Descent History: I ran this in June 2003 with 1,600 cfs.
