The Río Cececapa flows through two stone bridges in the town of Santa Bárbara and is changed by the experience. Above, it is shallow and continuous, bright and airy. Below, it is brooding, falling between boulders, and a bit odoriferous. Class IV boaters will also be changed, and by changed I mean happier and happier.
