Description: (click here for general notes about my descriptions)
The Río Pululá combines a short intermediate-level run with the intrigue of paddling to an international border crossing. The birding can be good here also.
A full description is in the Mayan Whitewater Guatemala guidebook.
Descent History: I ran this solo in July 2011, with 500 cfs.
Flow Notes: The Río Pululá needs extra heavy rain to come up. If the El Jobo gauge is way up you have a chance.
